How to Store

  • Unripe Mangoes: If they are unripe, keep them at room temperature in a ventilated area. You can place them in a paper bag or wrap them in newspaper to speed up the ripening process.
  • Ripe Mangoes: Once ripe, transfer them to the refrigerator. Ripe mangoes can last up to 5-7 days when stored at around 5°C. Avoid overpacking them to prevent bruising.
  • Cut Mangoes: For cut mangoes, store the pieces in an airtight container and refrigerate. They should be consumed within 2-3 days for the best flavor.
